1. Who Handles Your Information

Your care involves two parties:

Marevia Wellness and Health operates this website and your account. It provides the online intake platform, coordinates your mandatory two-way video consultation and evaluation by licensed healthcare providers through US Health & Wellness, processes payments, and provides customer support.
US Health & Wellness provides clinical evaluation via video consultation and issues your prescription when treatment is medically appropriate. Partell Pharmacy (or other dispensing pharmacies) dispenses and ships your medication. Services are available in 49 states; Texas is currently excluded while licensing is pending.

Each party handles only the information it needs to perform its role.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

Account and contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and shipping and billing address.
Health information you submit in your online intake, such as your medical history, current medications, allergies, symptoms, goals, and any photos or measurements you provide.
Messages you send to us or to your provider through the website.
Payment information, such as your card details, which are entered through our secure checkout (see Section 6).

Information collected automatically:

Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.
Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Create and manage your account.
Enable licensed healthcare providers through US Health & Wellness to conduct your video consultation, evaluate you, and decide whether treatment is medically appropriate.
Share your information with US Health & Wellness so it can issue your prescription, when appropriate, and coordinate with the pharmacy to dispense and ship your medication to you (see our Shipping Policy).
Process payments and prevent fraud.
Communicate with you about your evaluation, orders, shipping, and support requests.
Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Protected Health Information (PHI) and HIPAA

Some of the health information we collect may be Protected Health Information (“PHI”) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), to the extent HIPAA applies to the parties involved in your care. For more details on how your PHI is protected, please review our HIPAA Consent.

When information is PHI, we and the parties involved in your care use and disclose it only as HIPAA permits. This includes treatment (such as sharing your health information with US Health & Wellness and Partell Pharmacy so they can conduct your care, fill your prescription, and ship your medication), payment, and healthcare operations, or as you authorize in writing. We use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect PHI.

We do not sell your PHI. We use or disclose PHI for marketing only where HIPAA permits and, where required, with your written authorization. You may revoke an authorization at any time in writing, except to the extent we have already acted on it.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

Licensed providers: US Health & Wellness healthcare providers receive the information they need to conduct your video consultation, evaluate you, and provide care.
Partell Pharmacy: We share your health, contact, and shipping information so the pharmacy can dispense and deliver your medication prescribed by US Health & Wellness (learn more in our Shipping Policy).
Service providers: Vendors that help us operate the website, process payments, send messages, host data, or provide support may access information only as needed to perform services for us. They are required to protect it.
Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, to respond to lawful requests from regulators, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of you, us, or others.
Business transfers: If Marevia is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
With your consent: We share information with others when you direct us to or authorize it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use or share your health information for advertising purposes without your authorization.

6. Payment & Data Security

We take the security of your payment information seriously. All data transmitted through our checkout is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Credit and debit card transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, and we do not store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as “Marevia Wellness and Health.”

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. These include encryption of data in transit, access controls, and limiting access to personnel and vendors who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account login private. Contact us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

8. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal, medical-record, tax, and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it in line with applicable law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, keep your checkout secure, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website may link to third-party websites or services, such as US Health & Wellness. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
